Loved the course. This course taught me the very fundamentals of almost every aspect of a computer system. Though the course is designed keeping in mind the role of an IT Support Professional, the knowledge would also help me troubleshoot any personal incident as well.

The Instructional videos present in this course were very well done. The instructors introduced in this course all did an exceptional job and they showed a clear mastery of their field. I am really amazed by the quality of this course for such a low out of pocket cost.

I loved the details in this course. The type of quizzes and written responses I had to complete allow me to really think about the previous lesson. I was able to fully understand how the binary system works on a basic level due to the chart that was provided on a quiz!

As an avid cpu user and builder. It was great to learn why I install certain types of hardware and software. Terms and definitions truly help solidify reason. Their are mistakes i've made back then that were described here in detail. Big Thanks to you the Professors..

Honestly, the best! I could go at my own pace, however slow or fast I needed. The explinations for each subject and process were taught in such a way that anyone can understand and not feel like you are being treated as a child. Simply, an amazing learning experiance!

I found the course to be very informative in a introductory level way, the course teaches you the fundamentals ofit but in order to feel comfortable working you would need some additional training or on hands experience. In terms of value, the course is a great value.

This was the most practical course I've taken to date on Coursera. It was a nice mix of refreshers on things I knew part of but hadn't visited in a long time along with new knowledge. The labs were especially helpful - I can see myself using these skill in the future.

I started this course a bit scared because, all I had at the beginning was rudimentary and sparse knowledge of IT; but i am more confident now about my IT knowledge and I am looking forward to taking more courses. Coursera lectures are fun, and easy to follow!...

Great learning experience about the basics of IT Support, the instructors are very well spoken and the videos are broken up in nice sessions offering a slight reward as you check your way through the course and are great to rewatch in preparation for quizzes and tests

i am so happy i finished this course, i learned so many great things, like learning the history of computers, how to put together computer parts, all about operating systems, how the web, internet and the network works, and what im gonna be learning in the future. :D

I enjoyed this class. This is what I wanted to know, which was the basics of it. I had already knew of computers but only what I learned from myself and the daily things that I do. This course provided so much information and it was all around interesting each time.

i really like the course, very easy to keep learning whenever & wherever you are, you can keep learning, the only problems i found that even the ordinary quiz & assignments & surveys you can not using all Mobil devices, i hope if they support that it will be helpful.
