Really good as an introductory guide to general human nutrition. Gives great insights on cooking, planning meals and health diet habits. It's a rather short course with actually impactful information.

The course definitely gives a clearer introductory of the need to consume healthily as well as the importance in a person's health sustainability when one starts to practice consuming healthily.

This class was awesome, I wish there would have been more reading though. Videos get boring eventually and I like to research further and be able to look at the words rather than just hear them.
