Really good as an introductory guide to general human nutrition. Gives great insights on cooking, planning meals and health diet habits. It's a rather short course with actually impactful information.

This course is very excited. You can learn how to manage and maintain healthy eating habit. Each one of the video and the ingredients are helpful if you wanted to make healthy choices of food.

The instructor's interview and sharing information for the course was great! I like that Dr. Maya included her kids in the videos (shows family unity!) All-in-all, the courses were wonderful!
