Loved it, i had a hard time wiht the networking part of this course, i feel ther sohuld have been a bit more content and less talking e.g. IPv4, IPv6 etc, how to identify? etc.

It was humbling to relearn things that I had forgotten. I am excited about going on and continuing to learn and to finally at some point apply it all at an IT Support Position.

Very interesting course, but the method of uploading verification ID is annoying and stressful. I suggest that the Coursera should allow upload through other means than persona

I am glad i started this journey with this course it gave me a clear foundation of the IT world. i am looking forward to learn and gain more skills with the rest of the courses

Very god course. It will give you the fundamentals to start as an IT. You will have a great insight of what an IT is and what you are able to do for business and organizations.

Excellent, I felt like it was a one-on-one learning situation, the tutors took their time to explain concepts in the simplest ways possible and the assignments were flexible.
