A very important course that takes you back to the basics. I have some knowledge of Python and this course comforts the basement of someone wanting to venture more in the IT world.

i have enjoyed learning new informations in IT and i want to thanks all my teachers in this course and google and coursera for giving me the chance to enter the technology field .

This was a great overview of the fundamentals. I wish it would of dug a little deeper into the hardware side. I notice when it comes to comptia tests, I'm lacking on the hardware.

What a phenomenal program for anyone who is new to IT. I recommend this course to anyone trying to brush up on some basic IT skills or if you are looking to get into the IT field.

This should be called Tech Support Fundamentals for Dummies! Very easy to understand and navigate for a first timer like me! Loved it, can't wait for the next course in the series!

Highly recommended to begin your journey in IT. A great refresher on many subjects along with many new things learned. I enjoyed the instructors and the tools provided in the labs.

This course covered a lot as it relates to fundamentals and I really like how they also helped you to prepare for the interview process. Very good course overall, would recommend!

Loved it, however the lab tests were a bit of a pain to submit as it wasn't clear if I got the lab exercise submitted to Coursera or not. I feel it's a nice intro to the IT world.
