Great introduction to the world of IT, coming from someone who has knowledge in a few areas, such as building computers/maintenance but not enough to round of the general information.

Very intuitive but I haven't been able to retrieve my certificate. I have been told to verify my ID which I have but the system is failing accept my ID. Please help me out. Thank you.

Google IT Support Course is the best gateway to the world of IT. Awesome learning experience. I learned the basics, fundamentals and how to put in practice all the relevant solutions.

Even if you are familiar with tech like me you will still need to learn the Terms of the industry and the explanations about it, if you want to be PRO in IT world Learn and Work Hard.

I received fundamental knowledge about IT, troubleshooting theory, customer service, and preparation for interviews. I really enjoyed this module and decided to finished this program.

This course was extremely helpful in learning the basics of computers and the operating systems, as well as the troubleshooting tips you will need when in the support specialist role.

In one word, AWESOME!! The contents are very much organized and the instructors know how to grab the attention of a student. Thank you for everything. I am stepping to next courses :)

Good course overall. What i like the most is the fact that you can get a support anytime you need it at your finger chip.

This is a great fundamental course to IT Support. I would definitely recommend it to anyone else interesting in getting into the IT support industry. I only wish I had done it sooner.

This course has been challenging, but very informative! The instructors do an excellent job of communicating difficult concepts and making them accessible for those who want to learn.

Most of this information was a review of items that I already knew, but it was a great way to get a feel for how the course is ran and what to expect in the weeks and lessons to come.
