Feels like there was not much to learn here, but seeing as it is the introduction course for a beginners certificate, I suppose it is a necessary step for someone with no knowledge.

Amazing very informative, from a person who knew nothing of IT to getting very comfortable and confident about the next courses, I would say this is very helpful a new way to learn.

I like this course and i recommended to anyone pretty amazing course but i don't like using Wikipedia for reading materials if its upload from google professionals i like to read it

It's a very good fundamentals course. Through this course you can have the big picture of the IT role. If you have no experience with IT support, this is a very good place to start.

It was ALOT easier than i expected but it is only the beginner level of tech support. Most of the things here i already knew off of personal experience and classes taken in school
