The concepts are very clear to understand than our institution instructors's talks. That was a great course to understand about pc, internet, etc and how they work very well.

Very information and easy to follow. The only downfall I had was trying to run mobile and respond to the discussions, I'd receive an error. Can't wait to finish the course!

This course covered all of the fundamentals that I've seen in the field. It was a good overview of the subjects that need to be studied in order to succeed in an IT position.

Teaches you a ton of info you need to know when looking to enter the IT sector, though some of the less computer savy may find this course a bit hard to understand at first.

A fantastic course that will help you to learn IT support fundementals. Videos are informative and the labs give you great hands on experience with common support scenarios.
