As a total newbie in the IT industry, I have learnt so much throughout the course. Every week I got to learn the tech aspect of the course. In the meantime I got to know the instructors' personal journeys, which made the course so relatable and digestible.

There was a lot that I knew, but I treated it like I knew nothing so I wouldn't skip anything important. Overall I think this is a good way to get a lot of information learned in the least amount of time. Best thing is not to be afraid and jump in and try.

Thanks to Coursera and Google for open the new path of my Career Field of IT. I really appreciated everything from the beginning to the end of this course, i learned so many things and i will keep learning my career with YOU forever. Thank you once again!.

A great overview of what it takes to be a good IT support professional in the modern age. Detailed explanations, thorough reading outside of the classroom environment, and a great way to get ones feet wet if they're thinking about this as a career choice!

Some small issues to correct, but the content and the people explaining and the lessons, it is very useful. I consider this to be a high quality content. It helped me to solve doubts I had for quite some time.

I am cotinuing with the resto of the courses.

I felt so good and glad learning IT topic, I love the videos about troubleshooting part from the beginning, and itis very interesting and today i know how to support users best way and i really enjoyed the networking and software topics. Thank You Google.

I think this is a great foundation for what it takes to be a IT Professional and how to grow in this field. As a an experienced IT Professional I can't wait what else this course has to offer and how to learns more valuable lesson from this certification.

Enjoyed every minute of this course. The labs really made you work and study the information that is given to you. The labs also challenged me in many ways I couldn't suspect would happen. To see how much I've learned as far is just amazing and exciting.

This is an excellent introduction to the IT world, even I have some knowledge in this area I have acquired more tools and experience that would make me grow and be more prepared for future endeavors. Thanks for your effort in doing well-prepared courses.

It's something between 4.5 and 5 actually.

But compared to my experiences it's a full 5.

I wish it would improve those high level English words or phrases because I'm from India and I took lot time to adjust to it. Few explained better but felt down on few.

An amazingly good overall intro. I am especially impressed that it included a lot of history and under the covers detail about computing. That, I believe, provides a better base for learning and more importantly understanding current technology. Nice job!

This was a great course it's totally immersive, and perfect for beginners. I knew next to nothing coming into the course, and while I don't feel like I know everything I feel like I learned a lot that I didn't know. I can't wait to get to the next course.

I am so thankful for this introduction to the field. I am in love with the field and I plan on fully pursuing a career in IT, Cloud Systems, cyber security, cryptography, AI, UI UX you name it I want to continue to learn all my life something new in tech.

This course was excellent, with a good grounding in hardware, operating systems, introduction to networking, and getting you stated on the strategies of troubleshooting. I went from a user who could at least install a program, do building my own machine.

Great introductory course that prepares you for all the aspects of IT support in the coming lessons. As a first course should, it gives you an idea on all the relevant topics needed to complete the course so you can get an idea if it's a good fit for you.

it's a best course that I can recommend !!!! if you're looking to enroll in an IT field with no previous tech background, then it's for you. and for computer science students it'll give you a strong foundation in how computer and computing systems works.

For someone like me who had a computer science degree, I love what I met here. The course gives more information in a friendly and simple manner for anyone from beginning to expert level. It makes me want to see more of what other courses have to offered

I enjoyed the course. I look forward to learning more and getting that certificate so I can be on my way to my new career in IT! I love the Virtual machine learning part. I think that is the most critical part along side customer service and interaction.

Great introductory course to IT, I especially enjoyed the hands on activities. It'd be nice to see some of the lengthy Wikipedia articles replaces with more hands on information, videos, or articles that explain the information in a more interesting way.

I loved this course! It's all I could ask for and more. It is very surface level, but it does a great job of setting you up for the deeper course to come. If you're interested in learning anything about the tech field, I would 100% recommend this course!

Great fundamentals course gives plenty of information yet still allows for someone like myself that has only used computers to browse the internet or use a number of programs on it the ability to follow, learn, and progress.
