My background is in Instructional Design: This program is good guys. It's concise, it's easy to follow, the quizzes are relevant to the subject matter, the pace is right, the difficulty is right, and the interactive labs are awesome! Good job guys!

A very good introduction into the IT world. Having some basic knowledge and I mean some, I was able to follow the process on how things work and the way they do vice just doing it. Highly recommend to anyone just wanting to get the fundamentals down.

My first step in becoming an IT support student. Finished my first course material and I can't wait to start on my second course material. Hopefully after completing the whole course I would be able to find a job and have the career that I've wanted.

I have never had such a good interaction with a course as I have had with TECHNICAL Fundamentals. It felt really hands on and I have the zeal to move forward with learning more and deep about Technical Support. Definately it has to be with Coursera.

I learned new skills which helped me to get into the field that i like. the courses are in my level they help me a lot to understand the meaning of It support. I thank you so much for Google that gives me a chance to make a first step into my dream.

The explanation given by them is very perfect. I love it they say everything and the questions are also from things that are taught by them. Nothing comes out from that. Live test with VM and Linux command line is really good for practical knowledge.

Amazing, motivating and inspiring. I've already started the second course and and am excited about what projects will be done in the second course. I would definitely recommend the certification courses to everyone wanting to enter the field of IT.

Really beautiful, it was a very fun learning journey and the truth was super dynamic, I loved taking the courses and knowing everything about computers, hardware, software and everything that makes up a computer, it was really a very nice experience.

Awesome course! I learned way more then I thought I would. I had some knowledge going into it so I thought It would be easy for me. I was surprised at how much I didn't know and all the things I learned. Over all a great introduction to the IT field.

It was a great experience for me. It was not intimidating at all. That was the main reason I could finish the course. If the lessons were so hard and incomprehensible, I don't think I could be successful to finish all the courses.

The course is just superb. I already had my degree in engineering. But, its just wow! It help me to go through all the minor details that have run down the drain during all these years. Also, it brought me up-to-date. Thanks Coursera. Thanks Google.

Lots of videos. Makes it easy to learn the basics. The presenters are well rehearsed and the delivery is professional. There are some leaps that are made between the basics and more in-depth material so researching topics on the side is recommended.

Excelente Curso. Los videos increíbles. Las pruebas para cumplir los objetivos están muy bien elaboradas. Aun con 30 años de experiencia en TI aprendí mucho, lo recomiendo si están iniciándose en este oficio tan bien remunerado y con mucho prestigio

Definitely a course I would recommend to someone who has a lot of interest in the IT field but no real world experience. I've learned many things and I've really enjoyed the hands-on labs. It's definitely a solid first step towards a career in IT.

It's a wonderful course that give basics fundamentals about PC hardware assembling,OS,Troubleshooting,Documentation all concepts in very basic terms,That solves all of your basic doubts & make you curious to dive deep in with further courses.Thanks.

Learned a lot of Linux and windows 10 and how to go down each step to find out a issue for a PC and to explain it in the easiest way possible to someone that does not understand them fully and how to properly install software through remote service.
