Overall, the course was instructional and informative while remaining easy to follow. There were nuggets of information seemingly at every turn and this left me encouraged and excited to move forward with the next courses.

I enjoyed this course and looking forward to learn more. It was very interactive and relevant so there wasn't a dull moment and the real life scenarios of how the tutors started in the IT field was very motivating for me.

Really helped me get a solid foundation on a lot of IT fundamentals. Instructions were clear and concise when they needed to be and detailed when further explanation was required. Instructors were friendly and professional

Very user-friendly with a simplicity to understand the content provided in smaller bites so it is easier to digest. Also, the instructors are engaging, making you look forward to seeing each of them again in later modules.

This was a great introduction into this course. Lot's of subjects were covered, but only really on the surface level. I'm definitely looking forward to doing a deep dive into some of these subjects in the upcoming modules.

Great course for everyone, because you don't need any IT background to start it. You may only need the English language to start this great course. I will keep going until I get Google IT Support Professional Certificate .

Square radio buttons equal multiple answers to questions that don't specifically state they require multiple answers. Circle radio buttons equal questions with only one answer. Once I noticed that the quizzes were easier.

The explanations in forms of videos and having scripts under them help a lot! Very well explained in a matter that somebody who is entirely new to the field can understand! Very great use of analogies! Thank you so much!

I loved this course. It has reinvigorated my passion for wanting to grow with IT. Technology has been with me since I was a child, and everyone that knows me KNOWS I should have done this ages ago. Better late than never!

While I have some training working with technology this course opened my eyes to what I did not know. I feel more at ease as I continue learning. As worried as I was all my fears were defeated with the knowledge taught.
