I learned so much with having no previous experience. I was very hesitant of taking an online course, this being my first time and all. But I have to say that it was a great experience and I cant wait to continue my courses.

This a very good course that I'll entreat everyone to take as it gives the basic understanding of how computer tools work. I believe its essential for everyone who makes use of computer devices in their day-to- day activities

For an introductory course, it was extremely well done. It touched on a lot of subjects without overburdening the student with too much detail in any one area. Just a taste so the student could get a feel for the information.

This first intro to IT is very welcoming. I thought my lack of IT skills would be problematic. Luckily the course designers created an inclusive environment. It was easy for a novice like me to make the leap into learning.

It is a quick and bit sized lesson plan that makes it super simple to use. I was able to complete this course in about a week. The videos and reading are informative and break everything down for you so its easy to remember.

This is an extremely easy course. If you have the basics and you took a course at university, then this should be a breeze. You can easily finish a week in a day if you dedicate 1.5 hours to the course. Best of luck brother.

The course content was amazing and as it was beginner friendly, the instructors were good enough to teach us the topics. I want to suggest the course to anyone who want to grow their career as a Technical Support Specialist.

I consider myself to be tech savvy so I was surprised that there were a lot of interesting things I didn't know about the tech world that I took from this class. The material was presented in a relatable and interesting way.

I really enjoyed the course it was very insightful yet clear and easy to understand. I think the actual online computer practice was vital to putting the pieces together. I really enjoyed it and I will continue the program.

I already knew most of this stuff, so this course was easy for me. But, there was enough that I didn't know to make it interesting. This is great beginner information, about the background of computing, and how it all works.

Breaks complicated realities into small digestible pieces of information so that even those that are unfamiliar with computers and computer systems can gain insight and knowledge into the complex nature of the digital world.

The way they have this course set up makes it very easy to learn and to finish on your own time. I love the way the certificate is broken down into sections that are 5-8 weeks at a time, giving myself small goals to achieve.

If I could give this course 4.5 stars I would, only for the fact that the Operating Systems section moved a bit quick to keep up. Otherwise everything was easily presented and explained, and I enjoyed learning more about IT.

Very informative for me. I would recommend this course to anyone that does not have any prior experience with IT. I have learned a lot and the lab work was my favorite part because it was hands on. Google did an amazing job.

Spectacularly covers the basics of all careers in the IT field. Prepares newcomers to computers about the fundamentals in very easy to understand video assignments, and introduces how coursera sets up the rest of the course.

This has been a great introduction to IT support for me. I have always had an interest in pursuing more knowledge about IT and this course has reinforced that. I look forward to the next course and continuing my education.
