This course is very useful and interesting. It allows me t understand the hidden world existing in the computer and internet as well as the basic problem solving skills on how to manage probable issues might occur in the computer.

I really like the course. Although I have some experience in the IT support field, this course extended my knowledge and taught me a lot. I will definitely recommend this course to anyone who is interested in the IT support field.

this was a very eyeopening experience for me, being the first time i have done a class online , plus the fact that i have never done some of the labs i did in this course. I'm very pleased and I will definitely finish this course.

Truly enjoyed this class. Heard the offering on the radio and thought why not. I had a basic understanding of much of the information we went through. The course helped fill in some knowledge gap that I think will prove useful.

Great course, the explanations for the topics are simple and easy to follow, and for the most part the examples and quizzes they give are pretty simple and they give you more opportunities if you mess up in the quizzes. Loved it!

The course gave a wide range of technical fundamentals that are supportive of the fundamentals. I enjoyed the course because it enlighten me to areas that I never was involved with. Some the area where vague but understandable.

I loved how they keep everything in short videos it makes it easy to retain information for the quiz after every lesson. I liked that they used a variety of instructors for this course it was entertaining and when by really fast.

It's very nice to be able to learn here, the teacher is very clear in explaining that there are subtitles too. it's just that in some assessments there are obstacles in the assessment and in the future it must be better.

Very good staff to learn, I m using computer and tecnolog of the pass 25 years and didnt know a lot of things there. I thing a didnt understand you guys say this course is about 8 months, I did it less than week (around 20 hours)

This course is a must before you take any decision to pursue a career as an IT Support Specialist. My experiences with this course have been a amazing. Education is always a great experience.

This course is absolutely useful to me in increasing my knowledge and interest about IT industry. I got to learn here what actually IT support specialist does and what is the basic knowledge needed to get myself at that position.

Some of what I learned was a refresher from a computer class I took over 20 years ago. I enjoyed learning about the networking component's that I took for granted running in the background. I am excited to continue my learning.
