Super useful course to get introduced to the world of IT support. It gently teaches you the fundamentals in an easy and practical ways and gives you an overview of what to expect and you will know if this is a courier for you or not.

this was a great course! I knew only some things, but not all. When going into a job, they don't teach you all of this, you definitely had to go to school to learn all of this. Looking forward to learning more things in the IT world.

Very thorough, and very fast paced. It's nice that I can go at my own pace, as I have toyed and worked in the IT word for many years. I picked up lot of great information and techniques to use in many aspects of my life and career.

Great simple course but ran into an issue of accessing PEM content on chromebook but quickly resolved it myself!

I suggest adding info that you need to use keytool Or ssl commands on the terminal to access PEM content on a chromebook.

The first week of the course is awesome. From day one I thought I already knew the fundamentals, but I was wrong. Learned many things that I thought I did not know before. Starting week two today and looking forward to learning more.

The topics are basic for BSIT Degree Holders. But learning the basics builds a strong foundation on the technical support skills. It also supplements your prior knowledge in troubleshooting specially the standard industry practices.

Very hands on and engaging. Even though i knew already how to put together a computer, i like the step by step scenario and all the details that was shown. It really helps you understand more why things are connected the way it is.

This was a fantastic introductory course. I had a job lined up which will offer me the training I need to be successful, but during my transition period (from IT Recruitment to IT Support) I wanted to assist my skills as best I can.

This is really great experience for me, i loved to learn in this way i have done these topics at college but not in this way, firstly i learnt many new words, and secondly the style of instructors are very motivated and interesting.

Very good course; Much less time required than 6 weeks to review the material. I grew up with a father who built and repaired computers, so a lot of this came fairly naturally to me, which helped me feel excited about the materials.
