Taking this course has helped me learned a lot in the IT field and I can’t wait to use the knowledge I’ve

gained and to help others and apply that knowledge to work. I also do look forward to taking more IT classes with Google Coursera.

since i am am very new in learning computer course and this was my first step to learn .whole course was amazing. instructer was very detail oriented. everything was easy to understand. i am very happy and exited to go on next course.

I enjoyed this course. I will be enrolling in the next four courses. Then after taking exams to receive my ComputerTIA A+, I hope to continue on to other certifications such as Network+, CCNA, Security+, CEH and Python & Ai Automation.

Great introduction into the world of IT Support! It gave a general understanding of all things relating to the computer, hardware and software, networks, security and even the soft wkills and documentation needed to fulfill this role.

Excellent course for beginners. The only thing is don't believe that they will give you job. I already passed the exam and got Professional Certificate but not job. Take this course only if you want learn don't take it if want to earn.

This is very informative course. The ability to give me a perspective my strength and weakness of IT and where do I enjoy the most. This was a helpful tool to generalized the aspects of working in IT and what skills I need to focus on.

Excellent primer on what's involved to enter the IT field. I'm much more knowledgeable & functional with my home computer systems already, and I'm excited to move on to the next course. Occasionally cheesy, but I enjoy it all the same.

very informative, breaks down what most consider a difficult task into small pieces in order to comprehend it more. Definitely learning a lot, as well this course is answering most of my questions which I've made in my past internship.

This is a great crash course intro to IT Support. A lot of the content was familiar to me, but I learned a lot of useful things in the module on troubleshooting and customer service. I'm already applying those lessons to my daily work!

Excellent material and course speed. This is my first Coursera course I have ever taken, if they are all similar to this, I would recommend this to friends and family. Thank you Coursera and USO for the opportunity to learn and grow.

Overall, these were good courses that taught me the fundamentals of being a Tech Support.

My only complaint was that there was a quiz in week 6 that asked a question about documentation, even thought the topic had not yet been covered.

Liked the short and easy-to-understand presentations, supplemental reading, and links to external recourses. Some info was outdated. Unfortunately, I ran into some issues/glitches, which could have been on my end. Still liked it much.

Very good course for introducing the basic fundamentals of Information Technology. Even without any prior experience or knowledge about computers you will be able to follow , learn and acquire some new skills without much difficulty.

wide range of fundamental knowledge even for someone who worked with tech his entire life, but putting the correct termanology and fact sheets really cleared up some things i thought may have been different from what they really were.

Excellent Course. The Fundamental support course was very interesting and well organized. The tips on job interviews and resumes are very helpful . They give me an idea of what to expect when applying for a technical support job.

It was pretty straight -forward and engaging. I would have loved it if the explanation on how to calculate the transfer of megabit per second was broken down further and if the example used used gigabyte which is larger than megabyte.

I've had an amazing experience learning all there is to know about IT Support. I believe that I have gained the ability to solve problems that I once struggled with and learned more about other things that could be potential problems.
