I found the course to be a good introduction to the IT world. I have previous experience working the computers but there was still information here that gave me a deeper understanding into operating systems and how they function, and gave good insight when it comes to working in a customer service roll.

Amazing amazing amazing! This is so well put together and should be recognized as an industry standard for entry level help desk positions. Being able to do labs on VM's itself is something that can be added to a resume and would put you ahead. Do not hesistate to take this course. It is for all levels!

If you're completely fresh with no knowledge and ready to dive into the IT world, this course is MADE for you.

I've taken many base courses to refresh my knowledge and help launch my IT career, this one is the top out of all of them.

Very well compiled course. Information provided is brief but precise and that combination is tough to achieve and Google being Google did it nicely. Staying brief but to the point helps learners confidence. Bombarding information specially on a beginner can be repulsive. Good job is what I can say.

Great experience. It covers the important fundamentals of information technology and it's insightful. There are tips for those who are looking to be hired, how to communicate with clients and colleagues and it also opens ups the appetite for those who have an interest in problem solving to learn more.

The course is very entry level friendly, which is super important for folks even with experience! This course helped fill in some blanks regarding the history of networking, as well as teaching me that binary isn't as complicated as I originally thought it was. Definitely enjoying this course so far.

I can not express how much this course has already done for me. It has started some new things in me that I know will take me far in the IT world. There are already avenues I've decided to take. I enjoyed learning about the basics of computers: the history, hardware, software, a small bit of networking, troubleshooting, and your job as a IT support specialist. A lot of this knowledge is a refresher but it is always good to relearn and review what you know especially as technology is advancing.

I love taking this first module. I learn a lot of new things. The videos were short which is always very nice for people like me who suffer from ADHD. Week Number 6 was more about soft skills, so unless you are a complete beginner when it comes to it, I'd suggest skipping it and do the quizzes instead.

This is an awesome IT related course, This course designed to help the student who is interested in IT but from different backgrounds. I am interested to learn more. I will practice more and read more to improve my knowledge. This is the perfect platform to learn about the Technical Fundamentals issue.

Indeed, this is a very valuable course. Here, from the history of the computer, hardware software and how to do computer issue troubleshooting and customer care were clearly explained. Also, this is a valuable course, which facilitated joining several quiz questions and lab tests. Thank you very much.

Even thouogh I found this course to be very much a review of knowledge I already knew with excption to the coursework involving linux it was presented in such a way that it made the learing process very easy. If you or anyone you know is interested in a carrer in IT this course is the right way to go.

This course gives a good overview of IT support fundamentals. It touches on the framework that is the structure of the IT profession. With labs so that you can put the things you learn into practice and scenarios that are realistic, you will learn how to not only solve problems but how to help people.

I guess this course gives an overall idea about the computer science background and its possibilities. I would strongly suggest this course who wanted to learn about the computer or IT. I am in the 4th year of my college but I find this really interesting, I hope others may find this interesting also.

Amazing course with amazing teachers. Everyone entering the world of IT should definately go this route as it opens up the world of IT in a short span of time. People with no knowledge of IT will come out with the bare basic knowledge of IT and this will help them grow in knowledge and their career.

This course is excellent for those who would like to learn the basics of IT and would like to broaden their knowledge. I enjoyed seeing videos from multiple instructors who actually work in the field. I really loved seeing people of coloring achieving or having achieved what I striving for right now.
