This is a great basic course. The instructors do a fantastic job of relating the complex subjects to everyday, understandable language. If you use a computer at all, this course is chocked full of useful information to minimize your frustration with small technical problems. I'm only in week 2

The Technical Support Fundamentals course is very important for IT students. It is a must learn for IT Support learners. this course was very useful for me. Because I understand more and more in IT practices and theories. So now I know more knowledge in IT industry. I'm so very blissfully now.

This is an amazing introduction to IT support. It's a comprehensive overview of the topics and skills that one needs to know in order to be succesful in the field. The instructors are professionals that actively work in positions related to IT. The lessons are well structured and easy to follow.

Great thus far. I have difficulties verifying my ID and I have had trouble getting to my course each time I want to work. I am happy that I was given the opportunity to complete the one assignment that gave me some difficulty initially. I have had a great course. Thanks a million Coursera!

This course really filled in some gaps for me. It also helped to put all that I have learned over the years into order. Finally, it helped me to realize how much more there is to IT and how many more opportunities exist than I previously imagined. I look forward to continuing on this journey.

Easy to follow, clear, and instructive! Initially, I thought that the format of short videos wouldn't fit my learning style but I quickly got engaged to it. Definitely, this course is a very good introduction to some important core concepts and keeps you willing to follow up on the next courses.

The instructors are knowledgeable and experienced. I can sense their passion for the material and desire to help the student. I have knowledge gaps this course has helped me to fill, i'm glad I found this course, its so exciting I wish I could finish it right away and start the amazing journey.

overall very good. I would have added a vocabulary section to each section before they started talking as it was a little distracting to try to learn that and stay focused on what they were saying. Like still keep the definitions in there, but add another part that is literally just definitions.

This first course was a great introduction into what IT is. It did not have a lot of information that I wasn't familiar with already BUT that is because I already work in IT. I think this was well built and truly starts from the bottom up. Great course.

Offered a great broad introduction. As someone who was very familiar with technology, but has not worked in the IT field, there was still interesting topics touched on that I did not know. The supplemental reading was useful and appropriate for gaining a deeper understanding beyond the lecture.

I'm glad I stumbled upon this course since I had a different career (non-IT related) but had always been interested with the IT world and this particular course is a very good foundation, easy to understand and really well thought out and I hope someday it will give me an edge in the IT world.

I've taken the first three courses, and this one was without a doubt the easiest to understand. Everything is described in a way that's friendly for beginners, and I didn't have significant trouble with anything. I definitely recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn the basics of IT.

What a wonderful assembly of fundamentals in an easy to learn series of short to the point segments. I love the amount of things mentioned that deserve deeper dives but are left to the student or a later course to expand on. At no point did I feel like we had wondered away and gotten off topic.

This program was recommended to me to see how interested into IT I would be, and I have to say I do!

The beginning section was so dang interesting, learning about binary numbers, how to build a computer, and so much other great insight into these computers we use so much, including our phones!!
