Very clear and detailed with encouragement and motivation from presenting the various paths that have brought the different teachers to IT. Some parts were a bit slow for more experienced students like myself, but I love that it is accessible to all levels. Looking forward to the next course.

I have several years of IT experience and was taking this course as a refresher

since I have been working in Automotive research for the last several years.

I found this course loaded with information and was very entertaining even

being familiar with a majority of the topics.

Pretty cool course. It gets you excited about tech and serves as a good introduction to interesting parts of IT. This course is mainly targeted to absolute beginners, but even as a Software Engineering student I was able to get some useful things out of it. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Overall it was great experience. I really like how the experts sharing their journeys, struggles and encouraging for us to continue to learn this specialty.

This is a good class to build confidence in someone who wants to get into IT. If you have been around computers at all, you will realize that you already know a lot of this material. Putting in a course form like this makes me want to continue working on more certificates to further a career.

This course was the perfect primer for someone like me who is reentering the field. I was neverous about being outdated, but after studying this course and setting up practice environment, I'm happy to be back in business. I am ready for the next course and will work to achieve certification

One of the best courses I attended, I got a great benefit, has a lot of knowledge about technology, one of the best things I got is how to understand the problem and how to make a plan to solve it, honestly, I got a lot of training and courses, but this particular course changed a lot for me.

This has been an exciting and really an eye opener in the field of IT Support, although as such a short course, I think every one out there should take this course as a stepping stone into the IT because it gives all the basics needed to dive into the bigger picture of IT support.

This is my first time taking a course from Google. Of the several courses I have attended, in terms of learning materials, Google's course provides material that is relevant to what happens in the field and not only focuses on improving knowledge but also improving soft skills as IT Support.

I found this course to be very information and helped reinforce key concepts and ideas that I was previously aware of via my current job in the Corporate environment. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is curious to see if the IT Field is a good fit for them. Thumbs way up!

This course is a very pleasant introduction to the IT Support Specialist role. I recommend it for anyone who has knowledge in IT and requires a refresher course, or even those new to the field. There is something for everyone who is willing to adopt and apply the concepts and content within!

This course is very exciting. It offers insight into skills that are needed now and forever. As a naturally curious person, I am eager learn more and to push myself into the future. Developing new skill sets related to technology and digital lifestyle ensures my services will be in demand.

Super engaging! Well paced and spaced out nicely. I feel that there is room to challenge the student a little bit more. I definitely enjoy the step by step process in small consumption rather than long winded explanation. The change in presenters keeps the information more engaging as well!!

The course is good at presenting the subject matter without overwhelming the student. I found the sections on preparing a resume and handling an interview well done and gave me a view of understanding skills I have developed in other employment and how they can be carried over to an IT role.

I loved this course. The content was very interesting and presented in a way that made it easy to take up and feel less bored. I especially liked how it was broken down into small 5 or 10 minute videos which together made up such important technical content that was could be easily digested.

A good experience though was challenging when it came to using the weblabs for the very first time. After that episode, it became smooth-sailing. The tutors were superb too. I appreciate the knew knowledge and skills i acquired. I am now looking forward to the next course in line. Thank you.
